Marstone factory : Marstone is a metal furniture factory set up on 1998. At that time, based on years of export business experience with abroad buyers and the quality control ability at factory, we start to build up our own steel and aluminum furniture factory at Panyu District, Guangzhou City. Under factory’s great effort within 4 year, Marstone growing up to a good organize and high quality control furniture factory in China with more than 600 workers team on 2002. 2: Marstone New Factory: On 2005, in order to meet the high speed business development, we decide to build up one large size factory in Nanhai. Foshan city. We purchase a large size of land at 8.2 hectare which is 82000 square meter. We design a new factory building at old Chinese style. The total building workshop space is up to 110,000 square meter. After the new factory building completed, we moving into this build factory on Aug, 2007. Core Competitive capacity: 3: Advance Production Facility: In order to keep the good production quality, we imported the auto powder coating production line from GEMA, Swiss which can powder coating 3 container per days. Based on the good quality production line, we could supply the furniture with high quality powder coating to our abroad customer. Further, we keep purchasing many new production machine for the workshop. we have latest auto-laser cutting machine, auto laser welding machine, auto tube cutting machine. All those good production facility allow us to produce the best quality furniture to our abroad customer. 4: New Product Design and Making Capacity: We have our own furniture designer who could help customer to develop their own and exclusive furniture set. In order to let the design become a right product, we also have one mold designer who can developed many new production tool for our furniture making process. Every year, we could provide many new design furniture set to our customer market. 5: Strict Quality Control System: Under the advice of Japanese consultant, we carry out the 5S Clean Production System and Total Quality Control( TQM ) system since 1999. Further, we carry the strict quality control system in our factory and we have got the certificate for ISO9001-2001 which was audited by SGS on 2003.
