The company was established in 2006 as Dongguan Mingsheng Furniture Factory, located in Dongguan with a factory area of 8,000 square meters and approximately 100 employees. In 2019, it relocated to No. 1 Weiyue Road, Shuanggang, Houjie Town, and expanded into Dongguan Lisheng Furniture Co., Ltd., with its own import and export rights. The factory area increased to 18,000 square meters, and the workforce grew to around 230 employees. Due to further expansion in production and operations, the company established its second factory—Tengyue Furniture—in 2025, covering an area of 8,000 square meters with about 80 employees. The company specializes in the research, production, and distribution of high-end solid wood panel furniture and metal dining table-chair sets. Equipped with internationally advanced furniture production lines and fully automated computer-controlled machining systems, it is a comprehensive furniture enterprise integrating design, manufacturing, global sales, and home furnishing solutions.
