Dongtai Furniture is registered in 2007, after 18 years expanding, factory is 35000㎡, having more than 220 workers, production capacity is 180*40HC each month. Having BSCI, BEPI, GRS, FSC registered. We have an experienced design&development team and production team, committed to continuously improving product design and quality to ensure our competitiveness in the market, emphasize on workers training and technique, establish a strict system to ensure the safety of the production process. Meanwhile, we are also actively adding/updating equipment and building new producing line. Now, we have below production lines: 1.Advanced metal production line, including 3sets laser cutting machine, 15sets Panasonic automatic welding, automatic tube bending machine and a powder coating line with environmental impact assessment qualifications certificate. Ourselves coating line let us ensure finish quality and production schedule. 2.Bending plywood line, including 3sets veneer dryer machines, 10sets plywood pressing machine, 2sets five axis engraving machine, our producing line can provide us more chance on design, more flexible. 3. MDF line, including 3sets cold-pressing machine, 2 sets CNC machine, we produce tables and coffee table with veneer or paper sticker. 4. Upholstery workshop line, Experienced workers to produce chair seat on metal frame or bending plywood. 5. PU & NC painting line, Here is a new painting line environmental impact assessment qualifications certificate, 100% inspect after painting to ensure quality. 6. micro-cement line, Experienced workers to do micro-cement on tables or coffee tables surface. 7. Injection plastic line, We have 4 sets injection machine now with different moulds, we can produce chairs and stools. 8.Solid wood line, Including planer, auto rip saw, wide-band sander, horizontal double-end mortising machine, CNC tenon machine, single spindle moulding machine, panel saw. The complete producing lines, can provide infinite chance, we can combine some different materials on one product flexibly. Welcome new design or idea from customers. Final, we have professional inner inspection team, they will inspect each order before shipping to safeguard product quality.
