Langfang Minglun Furniture Co., LTD is located in Hebei province in the north of China. It was founded in 2010, covering 40000 m2. We focus on research, development, production and sales of furniture. Now we have 300 workers, and a selection of well over 150 qualified products. Our current capacity is 200 containers per month. We have several modern production lines.In our metal workshop, we have 3 laser auto cutting machines and more than 10 welding robots. These make production processes highly efficient and more accurate. In our upholstery workshop, we have an auto cloth cutting machine. It analyzes data to maximize the utilization of fabrics and cuts these to get ready for sewing. There is an automatic hanging line that transports seats right into the workers hands. This reduces the production lead time as well as risks of damages through transportation. In our packaging warehouse, we are providing different packing options, normal packaging and mail order packaging. We also invested to build a loading platform in our big warehouse, which enhances loading speeds significantly. From raw material, semi- production over to finished products, our QC team checks the goods in every production step. We have a physical checking system in our inspection room. Before mass production, every item needs to pass physical testing, such as EN12521 for chairs. For chemical testing, we will send our chairs to SGS or BV to test. Besides this, our factory has passed several audits and are certified, for example ISO9000, BSCI, ICS and so on. Minglun furniture always adhere to the production of green environment protection and healthy products as the business goal. Since 2021, we joined FSC, the global forest sustainable,development strategy. Our mission is to create value for customers. We insist on carefully caring for each product, with the goal to create a more comfortable dining environment and experience for our customers. Next year 2025, there are 3 strategic plans to achieve. 1st is to build a powder coating production line. It will reduce transportation costs and scratch claims during transportation. 2nd is to apply for solar photovoltaic power generations for we use more electricity. 3rd to purchase kinds of automation equipment to control costs and increase production capacity by 20%.
