The Oriental art furniture brand PUSU was co-founded in Shanghai in 2011 by Chen Yanfei and Chen Yanping, and the name was derived from Zhuang Zi's philosophy "Simplicity, the unique beauty with which nothing could compete". Centered on contemporary art furniture imbued with the Eastern spirit, PUSU draws inspiration from Song and Ming dynasty furniture and the tradition of the Eastern literati, fostering a dialogue between classical spirit and contemporary design. Through the creation of furniture, artifects, and spaces, PUSU explores a serene and unhurried way of living, guiding people to reconnect with space, nature, and their inner selves.
